Census Date

The Census Date is the day on which course enrollments are finalized. It is the point at which enrollment is locked and financial aid for the term is adjusted to reflect the student’s official enrolled credits. Tusculum University requires attendance to be recorded for every course until the tenth day of class in the fall, spring and summer terms. Verification of participation for online, hybrid, student teaching, internships and clinical courses is submitted by completion of the course enrollment agreement (CEA). Course materials will not be available to students to begin work in an online or hybrid class until the CEA is completed.
