Transcript Requests

Requests for transcripts of all attempted coursework must conform to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974. This requires that all transcript requests must be submitted in writing and be signed by the student. Request should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office as follows:

1. By current students via WebAdvisor.
2. By former students via the form located at:
   https://tuscuniv.s3.amazonaws.com/registrar/Transcript+Request+Form+2019-2020.pdf or the request mailed to: Registrar’s Office, Tusculum University, P.O. Box 5050, Greeneville, TN 37745, or the request faxed to Registrar’s Office (423) 636-5087.

Transcripts will not be faxed. Nor will a transcript be issued until all financial obligations have been met. If a student account is on hold with either the Business Office or Financial Aid Office, grades and transcripts will be placed on hold and will not be accessible to the student until the hold is lifted.
