Withdrawal from Class

Prior to the withdrawal deadline published in the academic calendar, a student may withdraw from a class with the grade of “W” by (1) obtaining a Course Withdrawal Form from their academic advisor or the Registrar’s Office, (2) securing the signatures of the instructor and the academic advisor and (3) returning the form to the Registrar’s Office before the withdrawal deadline of the particular course/lab. Students withdrawing from a course should be aware that it may affect financial aid, eligibility for athletics and graduation date. Withdrawing from a course without authorization automatically results in a grade of “F”.
