The Crisis Leadership Lab immerses students in the real-time dynamics of organizational crisis response. Through simulations, case-based scenarios, and partnerships with community and industry organizations, students test their ability to lead teams, manage communication, and make critical decisions under pressure. Emphasis is placed on ethical reasoning, clarity in communication, and the capacity to remain steady amid uncertainty. Guided by faculty, students learn to assess unfolding situations, coordinate responses, and evaluate outcomes-building the adaptability and confidence essential to effective crisis leadership.
