Communication & Influence explores how leaders use communication to inspire trust, foster collaboration, and guide organizations toward shared purpose. Students study influence strategies, ethical persuasion, and the art of adaptive communication across multiple settings, including team leadership, organizational change, and public communication. The course emphasizes authenticity, clarity, and empathy as key leadership traits and helps students master the ability to align message, purpose, and presence in professional contexts.
