PSYC 231 - Psychology And The Law Credit(s): 3 Through the review of landmark court decisions, research reports, and other noteworthy documents, theories of criminal behavior, the role of the police, eyewitness testimony, evaluation of suspects, changing definitions of competence and insanity, jury selection and deliberation and the sentencing process will be explored with special emphasis on emerging trends.
Prerequisites: PSYC 101 Course Level: Undergraduate
