BIOL 303 - Histology Credit(s): 3 An in-depth treatment of human cells and tissues and the logic of their organization. After studying the basic tissues, students will explore the functional anatomy of organs and organ systems. Structure-function relationships will be emphasized. Laboratory will consist of extensive microscopic examination of prepared slides, emphasizing identification of structures, tissues and organs.
Prerequisites: BIOL 120 . BIOL 302 is highly recommended as well. Course Level: Undergraduate
