The velocity at which environmental and societal change is occurring continues to increase. As such, organizations and their stakeholders must remain agile and vigilant to meet changing needs and expectations. This course will explore several elements important to understanding how organizations undergo change including: 1. Environmental change; 2. Intrapersonal Change; 3. Social Change; 4. Change Leadership; and 5. Culture Change. An investigation of these elements should provide the interested observer with tools to facilitate organizational change more successfully and in a timelier manner.
