The RN-BSN track for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing is for students who are registered nurses and hold a valid unrestricted license as a registered nurse (RN). The program is designed to meet the busy needs of the working professional nurse. Course offerings are created so a student can start any semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer) and are delivered online with minimal campus meetings. A student may pursue and attend the program on a full or part time option.

Admission Requirements

Admission to the RN to BSN Program includes the following:

Minimum undergraduate grade point average 2.75; applicants who earned less than a “C” in two or more courses in their Nursing program will not be considered for admission.
Proof of unrestricted Tennessee RN license is required prior to enrollment in the program.
1000 hours of clinical practice in the last four years OR have graduated from an accredited Nursing program within the last four years.
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
